Is microneedling painful?

Most clients find microneedling very tolerable. A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to maximize comfort. You may feel pressure or a mild prickling sensation during the procedure, but most people are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is.

How many sessions are recommended?

The number of treatments depends on your goals.

General skin rejuvenation: 3 sessions
Fine lines and texture: 3–4 sessions
Acne scars: 4–6 sessions
More advanced concerns: Additional treatments may be recommended

Treatments are typically spaced about four to six weeks apart.

When will I see results?

Some clients notice smoother, brighter skin within the first week. However, collagen production takes time, so improvements continue to develop over several weeks and may continue for several months following treatment.

What will my skin look like afterward?
