Thank you for joining The Lotus Club at Serenity Aesthetics. We are honored to be part of your skincare journey. Our membership is designed to reward clients who are committed to maintaining healthy, beautiful skin through regular professional treatments.
By enrolling, you agree to the following Membership Terms and Conditions.
Membership Benefits
Your Lotus Club membership includes:
Membership benefits are available only while your account is active and in good standing.
Monthly Billing
Membership dues will be automatically charged to the payment method on file each month on your enrollment anniversary date.
It is the member's responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
If a payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.
Treatment Credits
One treatment credit is added to your account each month after your membership payment is successfully processed.

Credit Expiration
Unused treatment credits may roll over while the membership is active and in good standing.
Membership Discounts
Member discounts apply only while your membership is active.

Appointment Policy
Appointments are required for all services.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your treatment credit or be subject to Serenity Aesthetics' standard cancellation policy.
Membership Commitment
Membership requires an initial commitment of three (3) consecutive monthly payments.
After the initial commitment has been fulfilled, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.
Cancellation
After your initial three-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time by providing notice at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.
Membership benefits remain active through the end of your current paid billing cycle.
Unused credits expire according to the Membership Credit Expiration Policy.
No refunds will be issued for membership fees already paid.
Retail Product Returns
Retail products purchased using membership discounts are subject to Serenity Aesthetics' standard retail return policy.
Membership Changes
Serenity Aesthetics reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms for future memberships.
Current active members will receive advance notice of any material changes.
Non-Transferability
Memberships, treatment credits, discounts, and promotional offers are non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled member.
Right to Refuse Service
Serenity Aesthetics reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership due to abusive behavior, repeated violations of office policies, fraud, or misuse of membership benefits.
Liability
Membership does not guarantee specific treatment outcomes. Individual results vary based on skin type, medical history, home care, and adherence to treatment recommendations.
Professional treatment recommendations remain at the discretion of your licensed skincare professional.
Acceptance
By enrolling in The Lotus Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Membership Terms and Conditions.
